Though there are few accolades that can match the praise of 2018 World Car of Year, which was bestowed upon the XC60 during the World Car Awards at the New York Auto Show.
The model was initially chosen alongside 34 other vehicles from around the world, before being narrowed down to a short list of 10 and eventually announced as one of three finalists for the award.
